You try to work out for the first time in probably a year and a half and you ...
1- Can't even make it through the short 20 min workout (Jillian's new workout DVD)
2- The 10 min you did make it through, you cheated most of the moves, AND
3- You can't lift your arms to blow dry your hair after the "workout"
The GOOD news ...there is definitely room for improvement. LOL!!

ha ha~ I can so relate. I worked in the yard of my old house on friday, you know trimming the bushes and things. My hand hurt so bad after that I could barely do anything. I can't imagine what the rest of my body would feel like if I worked it out. LOL
you are the best!!! haha... just keep at it and hopefully your hair products won't be so taxing on your buff bod :)

I feel you honey! It gets better! Hey, my husband ran into your brother-in-law (I guess your sister's husband) that lives out here in St. Louis at a Youth Conference they were both helping with. I guess he recognized Matt and came to talk to him. Small world, huh! Where do they live? I guess they didn't talk long enough to get all that info! If you ever come out to visit let me know!
lol! that has happened to me too...it is funny how fast you can loose it. Well you look great even if the video kicked your butt. You will get it back fast.

i am not sure what plans they are it is two together we originally just got it for the pregnancy but it has helped tons!!!
